Fay Cohen - Owner

An award-winning Australian travel consultant, Fay established Travel Phase in 1992, having developed a strong personal following within senior business and political circles. During her many years in the travel industry, seven of them working for Qantas, she has developed strong relationships with suppliers and hoteliers worldwide. Since starting Travel Phase, Fay has built on her popularity and strengths to establish one of Australia's leading travel agencies.
Without doubt, her favourite destination is Antarctica (pictured).

Deborah Ortado - Senior Travel Advisor

The travel industry has been a major part of my life. I joined this industry in 1969 as an assistant to a very experienced senior travel consultant and my learning curve began immediately. My experience has been with international travel, with a preference for the corporate market.   Over the years I have built up a loyal client base ... a few clients have been with me since the early 1970s. I joined Travel Phase in 1993.
I have travelled quite extensively throughout the world, my favourite destinations being within the European continent.  Recently, a visit to Java and Bali staying at the Aman Resorts has converted me to an “Amanjunkie”.

Cathy Campbell - Senior Travel Advisor

Cathy has been a member of the Travel Phase team for 8 years making a total 33 years in the industry. During that time she has specialised in Papua New Guinea, Great Britain, Switzerland & Austria. Her favourite destinations are Austria and the American Southwest particularly Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona.
Special travel experiences include horse-riding in a solitary canyon in winter at Amangiri, Utah; seeing the red cliffs at Enchantment Resort, Sedona, Arizona covered in snow and rejuvenating at Miraval Resort & Spa in Tucson.
Cathy’s working philosophy is to ensure that clients whether travelling for business or leisure have the confidence In knowing that their arrangements have been made to the last detail.

After 7 years in the concierge department at the Stamford Plaza Double Bay, I decided to use my years in the service industry as a stepping stone into a career in the travel industry. I have travelled around Europe, the Arctic Circle, Southern Africa, Asia, Fiji and Mauritius.
After 4 years in the travel industry I have experienced many new and interesting places. This truly is a career that forces you to continue learning. The world is such an enormous place and I look forward to researching all the destinations my client's travel to on their adventures.
